FAQ

My alarm didn't go off / was too quiet

iOS must allow notifications and Critical Alerts for Mission Alarm. Open Settings → Notifications → Mission Alarm and enable Sounds + Critical Alerts. Keep the app installed and don't force-quit it before bed.

The alarm stops when I lock the screen

Make sure the app has Background App Refresh enabled and that Focus / Do Not Disturb allows Mission Alarm as a Critical app.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Mission Alarm → Cancel.

How do I restore purchases?

In the app, tap Restore purchases on the paywall screen.

Delete my account / data

Mission Alarm stores your data locally. Uninstalling the app deletes everything on device. For analytics deletion, email privacy@missionalarm.nl.
