Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Mission Alarm ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The Service

Mission Alarm is an alarm clock application that requires the completion of a mission to dismiss the alarm. Notifications, sounds and behaviour depend on iOS permissions you grant.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Mission Alarm is offered via auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings.

4. No Medical or Safety Guarantee

The App is not a medical device. We make every effort to wake you, but we cannot guarantee delivery of any alarm. Do not rely on the App for safety-critical wake-ups (medication, flights, etc.) without a backup.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not reverse engineer, resell or use the App in a way that violates law or Apple's guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding and code in the App are owned by Mission Alarm or its licensors.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mission Alarm is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed events due to a failed alarm.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
